Friday, 15 May 2026 - Welcome Drinks
Drinks
For those arriving early, we’d love to kick things off with a relaxed get-together.
Location: Hotel du Vin
Time: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
A casual evening to mingle and settle in if you’re around, we’d love to see you there.
The first round of drinks is on us, with additional drinks and nibbles/food available to order at your leisure.
Dress code: Smart Casual
Please let us know by 1 May if you would like to join us.
Saturday, 16 May 2026 – Wedding Day
Ceremony
Guests arrive: 2:00 pm
Ceremony: 2:30 pm (sharp) - 3.00 pm

After the ceremony, we’ll take a relaxed 10-15 minute walk together through Winchester’s beautiful cobbled streets to our celebration venue. Our photographer, Martin, is looking forward to capturing candid shots of each of you.
Welcome drinks will be waiting for us at the celebration venue - the Wykeham Arms Pub Hotel.
Reception
3:30 pm: Welcome drinks & hors d’oeuvres upon arrival
Live music to set the mood
Followed by more drinks and a hot dinner buffet
Evening celebration continues with a live band
Dress code: Elegant & relaxed
Think cocktail attire or smart festive - dress up, feel special, but stay comfortable enough to celebrate and dance. No black tie required.
All food and drinks on Saturday are fully covered by us.

We kindly ask for your help in keeping our ceremony a truly special and intimate moment.
During the ceremony, we would love for everyone to be fully present with us, so we ask that you please do not film or take photos, and refrain from posting anything on social media at that time.
We’ll have a professional photographer with us throughout the day. They’ve been briefed to capture all the key moments as well as plenty of natural, candid shots of everyone and you’re very welcome to ask him for photos together.
Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take pictures but for that special moment itself, we kindly ask you to simply be there with us, fully present. 🤍
What time does the celebration end on Saturday?
The venue closes at 11:00 pm on Saturday.
Can I join the Friday event?
Yes, we’d love to see you there if you’re arriving early! Just let us know by 1 May to ensure we reserve enough space.
Dress Code
Friday: Smart casual
Saturday: Elegant but relaxed - think cocktail or smart festive. As we’ll be walking directly from the registry office to the celebration venue, there won’t be time for outfit changes, so please feel free to arrive in your main outfit from the start.
No black tie required - just come dressed to feel special and comfortable enough to celebrate and dance.
Is the wedding adult-only?
For our relaxed Friday evening get-together, little ones are very welcome to join. However, as we’re keeping the wedding day intimate, Saturday’s ceremony and celebrations will be adults-only. 💕

What about Sunday plans?
We will be spending time with our families but you’re more than welcome to make your own plans in the UK or London city, of course.
Visa & Entry Requirements (UK)
As the UK is no longer part of the EU, European guests will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before travelling.
This is a quick and simple online process (similar to an ESTA) and is required for entry.
Each traveller needs their own ETA
